Rakhi Poem

There can be a watch that costs more than a bank,

It isn’t worth more than the Rakhi you buy;

There can be a bracelet that weighs more than a tank,

It wouldn’t weigh more than the love you tie;

It’s not only a thread, that bounds my hand,

It is a thread that binds our hearts together;

It’s not only a thread, which glows around my hand,

It is a thread that glorifies each moment we share together.
