Leaving Words

Change is refreshing

When we feel change will do the trick

The change I am looking helps me grow socially, challenge myself mentally, support my family economically and experiment with stuff practically.

Reason to move on from HCL has neither come over a night nor has this been easy. This Association has been for 5 years now and contributions have been mutual. Each person I have worked with was introduced as a colleague but ended up being a friend.

Things learnt, experience gained, relationships built, moments treasured, motivations received - not only from getting rewards but also craving for them; are some invaluable treasures I would be carrying from here. Every person has inspired me- some professionally, some personally.

Penstock, where I started as a caterpillar and went through several larval stages* helped me come out as a butterfly with ethical colors.

Risk Orchid, where I continued my journey to explore new areas has made me a stronger butterfly aiding in reaching far away flowers.

Well, there are many people to thank and on many occasions. Never have I felt that one word, "Thanks" could express such immense emotional gratitude than now when I thank the following people. Let me start with

1. Recruiting team of HCL for hiring me.

2. My Penstock mates and Market Risk mates.

3. All my managers who supported, motivated and also have to extricate talent out of me – Balaji P.R, Sathya N.B and Joe to name few.

4. Girish who made me see what I am now couple of years back.

5. All my team mates who have been there for my support when the water wasn’t blue.

6. Mates whom I have even forgotten that they were colleagues for making my work place a fun place.

7. Last but not the least, every IT person who bared me, every EHS person who cared me, every HCL person who reared me and people whom I will be interacting after parting from here.

Changing Job

Here to there and there to here,
Change your place and make new friend;

Moving is a game which knows no fear,
All we can do is follow the  trend.

Risk is taken and given at a time,
Neither you or me are to be blamed;

Growth is my goal which is never a crime,
Things we want are unfortunately claimed.

Every good thing must have an end,
To form a rainbow with more light and rain;

Every friend was expecting me to spend,
It's time guys, let's party and break the chain.
